This is how I had left my workbench yesterday. I still have a long way to go…
I have to resist the temptation of glueing the wings to the fuselage. These photos will serve as a reminder not to it.
Working with a large model kit always poses handling problems so glueing those two assemblies will be done last.
Using my airbrush worked well on the PBY and the Hurricane so I feel all pumped up.
But still having a long way to go with the camouflage I can’t rush it.
Last night, after watching a YouTube video, I spent some time cleaning my airbrush thoroughly as I won’t be using it for a couple of days.
Watching more YouTube videos on keeping your airbrush clean can be quite stressful…

This is post 99 of a blog I thought about deleting when it was created.
One reader made me change my mind.
I don’t have that many readers but that besides the point of going forward with My Forgotten Hobby V which is about sharing how I sometimes struggle building model kits.
After viewing this YouTube video I know building Airfix Hawker Hurricane Mk. I will probably be testing my resilience a whole lot more than I first thought it would…
However it’s too late now to be reconsidering what I have already started last Friday…
